Infinite loading screen and Incorrect Microsoft password

Starting off my pc has been working perfectly fine and yesterday I was using a program to change my resolution (Custom Resolution Utility) and it randomly froze my PC after using it and when I restarted my PC it has an infinite loading screen and I don’t know what to do. I have tried restarting my PC many times and that didn’t work, also when it loads me into the system repair/recovery I cannot restore or reset or use any of the options because it asks me for my microsoft password and when I enter it it says that it’s incorrect even though I’m positive I entered it correctly.
