Multiple Screen Savers on 2 Monitors

I have a 2 monitor setup all I would like is without third party tools to be able to use the inbuilt windows utilities to display a basic screen saver on both my screen, I have one OLED monitor and leaving windows open on it can damage it (read Image retention / Burnin) This is a basic Windows feature that has been in at least w95 if not before and I cannot get a screen saver to replicate on both screens, The option here is missing the screensaver tab > display settings > menu as as soon as you select any other monitor that Monitor 1 the option the "display screen saver on this monitor"
