Why does microsoft FORCE windows 11 upgrade prompts if they don’t bother to support my 12 core 24thread processor that launched in 2019

My custom built editing PC is forcing windows 10 end of life pop ups in my face saying that my device isn’t compatible. Because of a USB TPM incompatibility. Windows 11 is a glorified skin of win10 so there’s absolutely no reason why they would end support. The only reason is planned obsolescence and cutting corners to make profits. Microsoft: why do you trash everything that you make and purposefully make our user experience miserable?
