How to chat to somebody on Microsoft support? My laptop got blocked with a non-existent password

Hi! My laptop got blocked because is asking me for a BitLocker password that I never activated. I logged into my Microsoft account and this option has never been turned on, just in case I went into my wife's account, and she doesn't have it either. This is my personal laptop, so no organizations or schools could turn this on for me in another account. The system asked for a password that doesn't exist and I don't have access to my computer know. If I delete windows and installed again, I will lose all my information. Where can I chat to someone in support to help me with this?
