When I try to 'save as' a picture I took with Snipping Tool, it goes to downloads folder by default instead of pictures folder.

I made some changes in regedit to customize my This PC folders (you can understand the cause of the problem now). I don't wish to restore default settings unless there's something seriously wrong. Here is a screenshot of my regedit in User Shell Folders.
