Wifi suddenly does not work, realtek 8821ce wireless lan 802.11ac pci-e nic

Recently I bought a new laptop and was having some issues where I would turn the computer on and my wifi wouldn't even show up and trying to restart it gave me a blue screen but fixed the problem, I was working on a Project and tried google something when it said I was not connected to the internet, odd. So I went to the Asus website and downloaded the newest drivers for the wifi card but it didn't fix it. It case it helps, this is a Asus VivoBook 15 D1605YA.
