changed some privacy settings, now I can't open ANY third party browsers.

hello, i've been using brave (an alternative browser) for a few months now, and had the pleasant surprise of discovering that it won't open. this isn't a brave specific issue, as i downloaded other browsers like chrome and vivaldi, and those won't open either. before these issues arose, i changed some windows privacy settings, mainly turning off "Let apps use my advertising ID for experiences across apps", "allow apps to access your account info", "control app access to tasks", and a couple other options under the 'privacy' tab in settings. i also completely uninstalled Cortana, although i do
