Can't clear message indicator in the Windows 11 taskbar.

I have a Galaxy S20 5G. The icon in the Windows 11 taskbar indicates that I have one message. The only indicator of an issue is that I have an exclamation mark in my Phone Link's Settings, Devices tab. But there's no indication of a problem there. How do I clear the alert?
