How can I make myself an admin in my computer using only ONE account?

Hi! I've had this computer for quite some time now and I wanted to log in a new account to make it an administrator, I found that I actually have two accounts that have administrator so I removed one since I wasn't gonna use it anymore. After, I can't seem to find that other account! I can see it in the logs, but not on the control panel! Only my original account that I removed my administration access. Now I can't open anything in this computer! Can anyone help?P.S. - I've tried multiple times but nothing works at all! And no, I don't have the function of Family & other users, I was hopin
