Unidentified CPU Load issue

Hello Community,I have been facing issues with my Laptop frequently, where in the middle of the routine work , everything becomes sluggish . When checking for any Processes in Task Manager, nothing shows up out of the way, as you can see everything is quiet with 8 % CPU but I observe something unusual for last 4 coresThey dont show at 100 % but constantly doing something and its flat like this until I hard reset so this is just isolated to 4 cores and while this should not affect work , it brings the laptop to a halt.
