I checked a previous thread with this question, and none of the options helped me. I'm sending files from my phone to my computer via Bluetooth, and I thought all of the files I ported yesterday were ok. I saw the file had no thumbnail, so I clicked it and got the error message. I've tried free trials of 3rd party apps, I followed the thread and rebooted my computer a bunch of times, yet the problem still persists. I can't send it over again via Bluetooth, because once I saw the files on my computer, I deleted Continue reading... Quote
