Trying to login to desktop, but windows says “no internet, secured”. How to fix?

I turn on my laptop like any typical day, and all of a sudden, it says that I need wifi to login.I tried using different wifis raging from 2.5g to 5g, and even using data, but the problem still persists.And I can’t fix my computer like any normal wifi connectivity issue, because I can’t even get in to access the important parts.How am I supposed to fix this?Please help
