I want to remove the current administrator account because I cannot access, download, or install programs due to my forgotten password in Windows 10.

I reinstalled Windows 10 and went through the screens agreeing to all the Microsoft features during the installation process before getting to my desktop. I had computer issues and finally got back on Windows and my desktop. Now I am unable to access certain features and unable to reinstall some of the programs that were lost during this process and using a system restoration point to do so. I found that I do not have administrator privileges and that there is another username, which is named "White" and is part of my Microsoft user account.
