Enable option is not enabled in C driver and I am not able increase C disk space based on my need

I need increase C driver space to manager my work more efficiently . But while tried add space driver extended volume option is disable in C . As some un-allocated space is there i tried to add it with multiple options not able add to C driver . So please provide solution for this to enable that option to increase my C driver space
