Why doesn't Windows Backup give me the option to back up my files?

When I go to Windows back up and select "Folders" under Let's Backup Your PC, there is no option to back up the files and folders. There is "Related Links" & "Learn about Onedrive storage". I don't want to Learn about one drive storage, and I don't want to open related links. I WANT TO JUST BACKUP MY COMPUTER without a bunch of clicking and ****. You know, remember when you could put a disc in the computer and select back up and automagically it was just done? I do not have one drive linked to my PC, and I don't want to link it to my PC. I want everything I backup to be in the same backup
