Microsoft Store no longer working after using custom KMS activation server.

Hello! I had recently built a new PC and tried activating Windows. Nothing would work, so I tried a free activation method I found online that made me use the "/slmgr" command to connect to "kms8.****". I then wanted to try my retail key again, so I used "/slmgr rearm" and reset the settings. The reason I wanted to go back was because on the custom KMS server, Microsoft Store apps would throw an error after "Acquiring Licence" while downloading. I switched back to my unactivated state and used the "Reset My PC" option in Settings. Afterwards, I tried installing the same app as before. It would
