Windows OEM key not valid when applying it to Windows 11 Pro after reinstallation.

I have a HP Z1 G8 Tower Desktop PC desktop. See specifications here https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c07587661It came with windows 11 pro 64 preinstalled but it crashed and had to reinstall windows 11 pro 64 OS, but the OEM key is not being applied and the activation status is not active.I have obtained the OEM key using the command: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKeyWhen I try to change the product key I get the notice that it is not a valid product key.
