Guest KWKW815 Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 Hello there,I have a (sata) HDD can be detected by system but cannot be opened when it's installed inside my PC. I try to open it by double click then the message said it's not ready.I took the belw steps, 1)I moved it out and used a portable SATA connector to connect it through the USB cable. The problem was the same. 2）Then I used other PCs to try and it could be opened and used proberly.3）I use diskmgmt.msc to check the disk and it shows the disk is good then i try to (re)format it the error message says it's offline.Can anyone help me for this issue?
