time I try to access Windows Update, a window with no content briefly appears, and nothing can be done until it disappears. During this time, the computer becomes unresponsive. I can consistently reproduce this issue when attempting to access Windows Update, but it also occurs at random moments while using the computer.Additionally, I've noticed that clicking on the Start menu has no effect.
