After tough update I cannot log in into my MS Account, X-box, MS Store, that Windows phone app.

Hello.About a week ago an update broke my Windows 11 and I needed to reinstall it (from my system drive). After that, whenever I try to login into Edge, MS Store, X-Box I'm getting 0x8007000e error. It's the same network as before. I could use all services before, too. I don't really know what update(s) it was/were, but I think one of them was that 23H2 big update from, I think October 2023. I delayed it, because I was getting errors whenever I tried to install it (it couldn't install itself and rolled back to state from before, every time). It finally got installed, kinda successfully, but no
