Trying to Install WSL and getting error code error code 0x80070002

I am trying to download wsl and/or Ubuntu for my computer, however everytime I try to change my Windows features to check off "Windows Subsystem for Linux" I get the error code 0x80070002My windows version is 11 so I don't know why this error is occuring.
