Why does my microphone play both my voice and my pc audio.

I've been having this issue for quite a while now and have had it with both my headsets (I don't remember the model of the older one). I use a "Cepter Atilla gaming headset" and my PC's motherboard is an "ASUS PRIME H610M-A WIFI D4" and my PC uses Windows 11 Home version 23H2, 64-bit. When I look at the sound settings I can see that while I watch videos, the audio from the video is being played through "Realtek® Audio" as both input and output (The input volume is lower than the output volume).
