HELP! My laptop's been crashing lately. DCOM 10016.

Lately my laptop has been randomly crashing, not sure why or what the trigger is. But event viewer gives me the following:The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID Windows.SecurityCenter.WscCloudBackupProvider and APPID Unavailable to the user Carl-Sebastian\carbo SID (S-1-5-21-2628361872-1089657579-999842321-1002) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.I'v
