In-built HD Webcam video records for 2 seconds only using Windows Camera app

My in-built HD webcam only records video for two seconds.I open the camera app and select video. Press the record button to start video recording, and then record for 10-20seconds, and stop recording.The file is saved to my computer but only plays two seconds. The entire video is only 2 seconds.I have updated the driver, and also installed the USB camera driver. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the driver.
