After Upgrading to Windows 11 Laptop display started giving me eye strain.

I have a Xiaomi Ultra Notebook which I had purchased a year back. While using Windows 10 I did not perceive much of eye strain but after upgrading to Windows 11 eye strain increased to such an extent that I am not able to use my laptop anymore. The service centre staff also did not entertain me much after explaining them the issue. I now only occasionally use the laptop since my old Laptop is at its end of life, which is a my eyes.Until today when ran Ubuntu from the pendrive and all eye strain vanished all of a sudden. I don't know who is at fault here the Laptop manufacturer Xiaomi, the disp
