I have the above rollup on my system and I continue to get the above error.

Why does it happen?

I deleted so many files and tried tons of different ways to do this. I

finally was able to get the rollup 2 to work by erasing all of the NET

Framworks. Re-downloading .NET Framework 2.0 and then uninstalling IE 7.0.

Rollup 2 clashes with IE2. I you unistall it takes you back to 6.0 and

rollup 2 installed right after I took off IE 7.0
