Guest Paul in Toronto Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 I have an HDR compatible Acer 1440p monitor.When I turn on HDR support in the Windows 11 display settings, the display goes blank, bright white. The only way to get it back to a useable state is to go into the monitor's menu and turn off HDR support on the display, then turn off HDR support in windows.This had worked before in the past. I had to temporarily stop using the Acer monitor because of space considerations. The problem started when I plugged it back in.So... How do I get HDR (re)enabled on my system? I prefer it on because it makes a difference in videos and games that support it. Continue reading... Quote
