Scroll bars not showing although "always Show scrollbar" option selected in Windows 11

Hi!I can't get my scrollbars to be always showed in my own written app (using .Net 6 visual studio 2022).Only when hover over them they lighten up.I have tested a little with the option from windows 11 Setting/Accessibility/Visual Effects/Always show scrollbar but can't see any effect in most of the apps on my computer at all.I have Windows 11 22H2 updated to latest update. (On windows 10 this worked as expected)Is this a known Issue or is there anything you can do to fix this.Regards Petrus
