Gaming laptop is extremely slow for normal processes, can’t even run a game

I have a huge issue with my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop model 17-cd1155ngSpecs:i5-10300H 2,5 to 4,5GHzNvidia Geforce 1650Ti(4GB ddr6)16GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM(2x8)512GB Pcie NVMe SSDWindows 11My whole laptop is running slow, I cant even get into a game. When I try to open cs2 it just crashes. I dont know whats the issue, I’ve done benchmarks everything works perfectly, nothing gets over 50% in task manager. I dont know if its using my 1650 or its using integrated graphics. Does that even matter for normal processes?I tried installing drivers for everything but it just doesnt seem to make a difference
