My computer has suddenly started lagging and freezing (mainly on window apps) even on a decent system.

My computer ran fine for a couple months and was opening files, folders, dragging windows pretty fast but a few days ago one day randomly it started to lag opening files, it took more than 10 seconds opening up snip and sketch using the shortcut, dragging windows became insanely laggy and even drop files into another app was freezing even tho i am using a i5 12th gen and a 3060ti . This has been bothering me for a few days now and i want to get it fixed hopefully.
