How do I stop Microsoft from sending me constant notifications to insert CD/DVD or USB to backup my Windows 10 PC when OneDrive is enabled and active.

There is lots of info on the internet as to how to backup to OneDrive but nothing that explains how to stop Microsoft from sending constant notifications to backup to CD/DVD or whatever. I'm aware I can turn off ALL Microsoft notifications for security and maintenance but obviously that would not be a good idea. All I am trying to do is stop their annoying notifications about backing up to a disc or whatever. l will be most grateful for any advice offered.
