DPC Watchdog Violation Error blue screens my PC when I leave it idle?

I typically turn my PC off every night and this only really happens randomly. Never while playing a video game, nor if I'm working in Photoshop or Zbrush or any programs like them. If it does happen at all while I'm midst something it's while watching YouTube or anything online. However it's mainly when I do nothing at all and leave the PC idle for a few while I'm elsewhere. I have seen other posts about this problem, here are my PC specs: i7 9700kRTX 2060 EVGA OC 32 GB Corsair 3200mhz (Only clocked to 2800 as 3200 doesn't seem to be stable enough)Asus Z390 Prime-P Motherboard and 2 TB of SS
