Pc reboots approximately every 30 minutes for no apparent reason

Hello, I recently decided to do a new build with a few parts I had lying around and a used i9 12900k + z690-a motherboard I got for cheap. After reseating the processor to ensure no pins were bent before buying it I built the system and installed windows. I was just reinstalling steam when my Pc just turned off and quickly launched back onto the windows login screen. I’ve been attempting to solve this for the better part of 3 days now and I would appreciate any input. Things I’ve tried:- removing gpu and ram (replaced with vetted stick) and clean booting. -Replacing power supply.&nbs
