Black Screens, Faulting application name: dwm.exe, Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll

I have frequent black screens where I can still hear audio but my displays are all black and my fans are running at full speed. This seems to only happen with games that are more demanding like World of Warcraft, Forza Motorsport, Battlefield, etc. I can play league of legends with no issues.
