Guest LastMile Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 I unchecked "get updates for more products" in Vista Windows Update to troubleshoot a failed update installation. Now when I click on the yellow box with light blub to re-select "get updates for more products" I get sent in a loop. The opt-in webpage doesn't load, rather a Microsoft Update page telling me to use Windows Update from the Control Panel. Windows Update the loads another instance and my update settings are still for Windows Only. Is there any way I can reset my Microsoft Update opt-in status so that I get the option to agree to the T&C again and go back to automatically downloading Office updates, etc.
