All Windows including Taskbar, Start menu, etc. are missing after I end process

I had my task window open and I clicked on "end process" for Windows Explorer, and my taskbar completely disappeared. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, all gone. I can't even shut down my computer properly. What do I do? Please help![Original Title: I think I accidentally uninstalled Windows 7. How do I re-install it?]
