Does anyone know what service must be disable in order for the remote admin to remotely access the standard user’s laptop to install app, without the remote admin’s window going black?

Remote users are standard users NO admin rights. The end-user using Win 10 or Win 11 needs to install app but needs admin rights to do so. One or our IT admins remotes in to install app but it asks for admin rights user to enter their credentials, but when we select to login using admin creds the remote admin's quick assist window turns black. The admin cannot enter the password because they can't see anything. Unless one of our admins tell the user by phone what to enter, and that is NOT going to ever happen. We used to be able to go to service and disable a service and that fixed the issue.
