I am using a computer that is Windows 7, and I have tried upgrading to Windows 10. It's very difficult because every time I look for upgrade help for windows 7, all the posts' links are not working. I tried installing the Media Creation Tool, but when I ran it, it said "We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000" Why is this? The windows 7 pc meets all the specs required (1GB/2GB Ram, 16GB Storage, etc.)
