Windows 7 Posted December 31, 2024 Posted December 31, 2024 How to dictate Documents handsfree Dear Windows Forum, I have Windows 7, notepad, wordpad, and LibreOffice 5.4 document programs, and a built-in webcam and mikcrophone on my HP laptop. How can I use one of the document programs, and the microphone to dictate Documents handsfree? I have arthritis in my fingers, and it is becoming harder and harder to type documents. I know that a person can dictate to a cellphone, and to an Ipad.
