Some entries are based on the "EmbeddedWB" application(s) you've installed from bsala.com. Have a look into the options, whether you can disable the munging in the User-Agent header. Otherwise, ask the vendor for support (http://bsalsa.com/forum/) or uninstall the whole suite. And you have a "SIMBAR" entry there too, which is an Adware-Toolbar displaying Ads every now and then (and is implemented totally wrong cause that shouldn't show up (that way) in the User-Agent header). http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_131206.htm seems to describe another variant of that toolbar. It may be even worse, see http://www.beyondsecurity.com/besirt/advisories/team-evil-incident.pdf http://www.beyondsecurity.com/besirt/advisories/teamevil-incident2.pdf Please try to remove that Adware via Adaware and/or Spybot Search& Destroy (http://lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php and http://www.safer-networking.org) With these two (based) entries removed, you should be able to access Windows Update once again. Bye, Freudi
