Screen just shook, black screen appeared and taskbar moved to top. Now, my mouse is fuzzy and glitched out.

Is this a driver error? Device manager says my drivers are already updated. What I saw was:- Mostly black screen- Taskbar teleported to top of screen- Mouse cursor kept leaving a white trail- Then, the mouse cursor outline moved a few pixels apparently, and looked kinda fuzzy.I have spilled water on my computer's keyboard before, months ago. Could that be it? On the lower part (space, b, n, left ctrl, windows all stopped working.)
