Has anyone encountered issues with the "Teams Premium feature usage report" not showing accurate usage data?

I ran the Teams Premium feature usage report (90-day usage) and noticed discrepancies. Specifically, the report identifies some users as never having used any Teams Premium features, including the Live Translation feature. Has anyone else experienced similar inconsistencies? Is there a known issue with how feature usage is tracked? Any insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this would be appreciated.
