Visual glitches in windows and browser

I've recently had visual glitches, windows of different programs, especially in the browser, take a few seconds to refresh when changing tabs or opening links. While this happens, "remnants" of the previous content are visible, until some time passes or I force a refresh by dragging the window. Things I've tried -Check for system updates -Update Nvidia graphics to the latest versionsI think the error is only visible externally, because when it takes a screenshot the screen and its content appears normal. It doesn't make the system unusable but it is a bit annoying :( My model is ASUS TUF A15
