Why is my gaomon m10k pro getting error 48 on windows 11 but not on windows 10?

My gaomon tablet doesn't have a good design so there's a small break in the micro usb connector, but all it does is disconnect the tablet sometimes so it works only with weird cable positioning. Ever since I've been using windows 11 24H2 and H1 I get an error from windows explorer saying: "usb device not recognized. The last usb device connected to this computer had a bad functioning and Windows doesn't recognize it" (cannot send screenshot since it is in portuguese not english).
