A couple of weeks ago I got help from Microsoft Support to fix an issue of mine. I joined the live chat and the agent used Quick Assist to try and resolve the issue. After this, I had some privacy concerns because although I had gone through the Microsoft Support website, having someone remote access my computer as well as ask for my phone number and email incase I disconnected was a little concerning. So, I submitted a request through to the Microsoft Privacy team. The resulting confirmation email for my ticket came from msftpriv @ microsoft.com but whenever I reply to it, it sends the email
