OneDrive says I’ve exceeded storage and my account is locked. I cleared space, bought 100GB yesterday–still locked OneNote won’t sync or open on the web, saying I'm unauthorised.

Yesterday afternoon, I've started experiencing issues with OneNote synchronisation, which led to it stating on one of the pages: "I am not authorised to add or do any changes. Synchronisation will be done after authorisation."
