Access to Microsoft for disabled person

I ran into a very peculiar issue.Microsoft does not offer a contact email or chat option for disabled persons, nor any help for disabled persons on its sites.I wanted to change a subsciption, could not do it via the site, so reported an issue, got a chat, chat gave me the option to do it by phone,Called the number it´s voice engine sent me back to the site. it even offered to sms me a link, and I ended in an activity loopI broke the loop by reporting a technical issue an an not listed accessory/product, and received a call back from a person. This person was very helpfull but could only help
