I just got kicked out of my computer microsoft account please help quickly!

I swapped alias and transfer my new info to the microsoft wallet. It then said enter the windows username and password and i tried multiple time to enter it but it wont accept my outlook login? So when i searched it up it said i would have to restart the computer after importing password then sign in. So i did but now i get a black screen with this error. Did i just lose everything !?!?!?!??! Error below. Im only on my phone now so replies will be slowl but i hope someone can help fast 😞
