I had a corrupt windows profile and had to reinstall windows last week. I ended up with two hdd (not the C drive) showing the yellow exclamation point in explorer. I did a bunch of research and discovered it is a bitlocker issue. I used the command prompt to turn bitlocker off (it would not turn off any other way) on one of the drives as a test (the yellow exclamation point is now gone and bitlocker is off) and now I cannot get it to turn on.
