Game uses all of my RAM and does not open

I will try to explain this the best I can. I am on PC, using steam. My issue is that I cannot open Forza Horizon 4 whatsoever. When the splash screen opens, all of my RAM is immediately used up and the PC freezes. I've found that I should force the game to use my 3070 instead of integrated graphics and I've done that (through windows settings) but to no avail. I have found that I can completely disable the integrated graphics but I am not sure that this is the issue (I really don't know what the issue is). My current PC is using an AMD 7700x CPU, B650f motherboard, RTX 3070 graphics card, 32gb
